I have olive toned skin and am pretty tanned from being outside a lot. My lips are pigmented and it's hard to find colors that show but still look fairly natural and pretty. Tess is one of the few shades I can put on for a pretty pop of color without looking too bright or mismatched. I wear it at work and it makes me feel more polished and it brightens my face. Love it!

My daughter loves putting on my makeup and love that shades aren't to outrageous and don't have harmful stuff in them would love to see some kid makeup sets !

I love this as my go-to deep, bold purple shade in the Pretty Balm collection. A must have in your purse!

I realized how much I loved Tess recently when I wanted something nurishing on my lips to go with my January Blush (gorgeous and I have had it forever because it is so pigmented). I had purchased it some time ago but it wasn't staying well enough for this sub teacher who talks all day long! Soooooo... I put my January on my lips first and then Tess. It stayed well through the day even wearing my mask! Woot woot!

I took a chance on this and got it without trying the sample first and I'm glad I just went for it! Tess is a pretty deeper pink/berry color that compliments my fair skin tone well. I like to wear this with purple/burgundy eye looks.
