This is great for removing makeup and never makes my skin breakout. My face is so sensitive to products and even if i use them for a while, i can suddenly react. This is so gentle and i never have.

I use this as a makeup remover or first light cleanse on my face. I enjoy how light it is, yet I am able to get off a lot of my product. It doesn't do the best on eye makeup but for me it works great because I follow up with a double cleanse at night anyway. I think this product feels so much better I used before because it doesn't dry you out and is a good switch to make if you are considering it!

I’ve been using this when I’m too lazy to full wash my face. I know that’s bad but sometimes I just want to get in bed lol! It does a really good job of getting the makeup off and making my skin feel fresh! Just put on serum+ moisturizer afterwards and I’m good to go!

I love the Micellar water from Root. I have never tried this type of product before, but I used it for a long time as my only makeup remover/cleanser when my kids were smaller and I was so tired at bedtime. I still use it to remove eye makeup periodically, and I’m glad to have it on hand as an easy first cleanser for my girls. Thank you, Root, for this easy to use and great product!

I really like this. I use it in the AM before cleansing if it was a hot night or I need more than my normal cleanse. I also use it as soon as I get home from work since I only want to cleanse 2x/day but sometimes I feel grubby when I get home :) On days when I wear a light amount of makeup this will take it off at night so I can use it as a sort of “first cleanse”, but if I’m wearing sunscreen or a full face of make up I prefer an oil cleanse as a first cleanse. I will definitely always have this in my arsenal!
