How to Use

Wet the shampoo bar in between your hands. Wet hair thoroughly. Then, using your fingers like a comb with the shampoo bar in your hand, gently work the bar in circular motions, focusing on the scalp & hairline. Add more water to increase the lather. Finish by working the bar through the length of your hair & rinse. Repeat, as the second cleanse will result in a richer lather & deeper clean. Follow with Pretty Hair Day Conditioner Bar.

Generally, our 2oz shampoo bar can twice as long as a typical 8oz bottle of shampoo with normal use & proper care. This may vary depending on how much you apply, hair thickness & frequency of use.

Love this! Lathers easily.

Saved my hair!!
I was about to give up on shampoo bars completely when another brand I was using kept leaving my hair greasy and would lather after 4 (yes, FOUR) washes. Even with using an apple cider vinegar rinse, and washing 4-5 days a week (when I normally wash my hair 2-3 days a week), my hair was still really greasy. I have pretty thick hair that grows quickly and this shampoo saved my hair!!! It smells amazing, lathered up beautifully, and is so user friendly. The FIRST wash and my hair dried silky smooth and didn't start to build up grease for a few days, which is completely normal for my hair!! Something else I noticed was that my hair doesn't come out nearly as much in the shower anymore!! Only a couple of strands as opposed to larger clumps that I thought was "normal" my whole life. I don't even need a conditioner bar, my hair is silky smooth and brushes out nicely right when I get out of the shower. This was such a game changer!!

How do you use hair care bars?

You don’t need a lot of product to get an intense lather. Starting with wet hair, wet the bar thoroughly & work it in circular motions on your hairline & scalp, working the lather through your ends & rinsing. If your hair is extra oily or has a lot of product in it, you may want to shampoo twice for best results.

After shampooing, wet the conditioner bar & glide it through the mid-lengths & ends of your hair. After a few passes, you’ll start to feel the conditioner detangling & smoothing. Keep applying until your hair is free of tangles & distribute the product throughout your hair with your fingers.
