RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your Root products & our goal is to make the very best natural products for you. Should you want to return any part of your online order please contact us within 30 days of your original order date. For a return authorization, email us with your name, order # & return reason to hello@rootpretty.com. All returns must be received to us no later than 30 days after original order date.

We will work with you to ensure you love your Root products. Typically, we do not accept returns on opened & used products. Please reach out should you have any questions, concerns or issues with any products & we will work with you to ensure you have a great experience with our products.

On the fence? We recommend trying samples or trial sizes. Almost all Root products are sold in these smaller sizes.
