DIRECTIONS
Apply to eyelid with finger or brush. Blend & build color as desired. If Cloud Cream Eyeshadow loosens up, simply pack down with finger. 

It is common for Cloud Cream Eyeshadows to break up during the shipping process. This is normal & the product can easily be packed down into tin.
