Take Tan Rose to the Next Level with a Metallic Eye

by Kayla Reusche on June 07, 2019

Are you a Tan Rose Eyeshadow fanatic? Because SAME! It’s such a stunning tan shade with a dusty pink undertone, perfect for any occasion. Do you ever, dare I say, get a little bored of your favorite eyeshadow? It’s OK, it happens to the best of us. Luckily, there’s a simple solution to take this shadow to the next level.  Are you ready for it?

Step 1: Prime

Start by priming your eyes with our Pearl Powder Mineral Foundation. Mix a drop of water with your foundation to get a creamy consistency & apply all over the lid with our #22 Concealer Brush. The tackiness will help hold onto the eyeshadow, giving you all day wear.

Step 2: Rosewood

Buff a layer of Rosewood all over your lid & into your crease as a base shade with our #14 Fluffy Flat Eyeshadow Brush. Rosewood is a matte rosy shade that will really make Tan Rose pop! Drag the shadow across your lower lash line to really pull the look together.

Step 3: Tan Rose

Now it’s time for your fav! Dampen your #18 Angled Eyeshadow Brush with a spritz of water or Rose Otto Facial Mist & pick up some Tan Rose Eyeshadow. Apply all over the lid & slightly on the lower lash line for a GORGEOUS metallic foil effect.

Step 4: Peach Pearl

Finish off the look by applying Peach Pearl on the very center of your lid. This creates a halo effect, making your eyes appear bigger and brighter. Add a pop of Peach Pearl to the inner corner & brow bone to intensify those metallic undertones.

Now that was EASY! With only a few steps & products, you can take Tan Rose to the next level. Top off the look with 100% Lash Mascara & all eyes will be on you. 😉 Shop the whole look here.
